Foundations · Top left of layout
- Build up regardless of suit from Ace to King.
- Complete these piles to win the game.
Tableau · Below foundations
- Build down regardless of suit.
- The topmost card only can be played to the foundations and to the other tableau piles.
- Empty spaces are not filled.
Reserves · Right of foundations
- The topmost card can be played to the foundations and the tableau.
- Empty spaces are filled by the stock.
Stock · Top right of layout
- After all possible moves are made, one card is dealt out to each reserve pile to create more possibilities.
- There is no redeal.
