Foundation · Bottom right of layout
- Matched up cards will end up here.
- Complete this pile to win the game.
Tableau · Four cards around the reserve
- Discard pairs of cards that are of the same rank.
- All uncovered cards can be paired off with any other exposed card, including the stock.
Reserve · The center card of the tableau
- Stock cards will fill this pile, one at a time, if no pair is made.
Stock · Center of layout, on right
- Turn cards up one at a time from the stock.
- The topmost cards can be paired off with any other exposed card, except the foundation.
- There is no redeal.
