Foundations · Corners of layout
- The card in the top left corner of the layout becomes the first foundation, it changes relating to any shuffle.
- The other three corners are the remaining foundations.
- Build up in suit from the base card to the rank just below the base card.
- Build Aces after Kings when necessary.
- Complete these piles to win the game.
Tableau · Center of layout
- Build down in alternating colors.
- Build Kings after Aces when necessary.
- The top card of each pile is available for play to the foundations or to the tableau.
- Only one card at a time can be moved.
- Spaces may be filled with any available card.
Stock · Below waste
- Turn cards up one at a time from the stock to the waste.
- There is no redeal.
Waste · Right side of layout
- The top card is available for play to the foundations or to the tableau.
