These terms apply automatically when you download or use the 700 Solitaire Games applications for iOS and Android (the “App”), published by MobArts Ltd. Please read them before using the App.

Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control. You may not copy or modify the App or any part of it, use our trade marks, attempt to extract its source code, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions. The App, together with all trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in it, remains the property of MobArts Ltd.

Changes to the App and charges

We work to keep the App useful and efficient, and we may change it, or charge for services within it, at any time. We will never charge you for anything without first making clear exactly what you are paying for.

Premium subscription

What it is. 700 Solitaire Games Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription. Its only effect is to remove the advertisements from the App. Every game, every card set and every other feature is available without it, and subscribing unlocks no additional content.

Duration and price. The subscription runs for one month at a time and costs USD 1.99 per month. The price shown in the App and in the store at the moment of purchase is the one that applies, converted to your local currency and inclusive of the taxes the store charges in your country.

Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. We do not process the payment ourselves and never receive your payment details.

Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.

How to cancel. You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time after purchase:

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not shorten the period you have already paid for — the advertisements stay hidden until that period ends. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.

Free trial. Where an introductory free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you purchase the subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Restoring a purchase. If you reinstall the App or install it on another device signed in to the same store account, use the restore option in the App to recover an active subscription. There is nothing to pay again.

Refunds. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own policy, not by us. Apple purchases: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play purchases: your Google Play order history.

Changes to the subscription. If we change the price or the terms, the store will notify you and ask for your agreement before any changed amount is charged. You are free to cancel instead.

Third-party services

The App uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions:

Advertising is shown only in the free edition, and only while you are not subscribed.

Your device and your data plan

Keeping your device and your access to the App secure is your responsibility. We recommend against jailbreaking or rooting your device: it can expose the device to malicious software, weaken its security features, and stop the App from working correctly or at all.

Some functions of the App need an active internet connection — submitting a score, downloading a background, showing an advertisement. We cannot be responsible for reduced functionality when no connection is available. If you use the App away from Wi-Fi, your agreement with your mobile network provider still applies and you may be charged for data, including roaming charges outside your home territory. You accept responsibility for those charges, and if you are not the bill payer we assume you have the bill payer’s permission. Likewise, we cannot be responsible if your device runs out of battery and you cannot use the App.

Updates and termination

The App is available on iOS and Android. System requirements may change over time, and you may need to install updates to keep using it. We do not promise to keep updating the App, or to keep it working with every version of iOS or Android you may have installed. We may also stop providing the App and end your use of it at any time without notice. On termination the licence granted to you ends and you must stop using the App and, if asked, delete it from your device. Termination does not affect any subscription period you have already paid for.

Limitation of liability

We endeavour to keep the App correct and up to date, but part of what it shows depends on information provided by third parties. We accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your reliance on that functionality. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Privacy

What the App collects, why, and how to have it deleted is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, where MobArts Ltd. is registered, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your own country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and changes take effect when posted on this page, so please review it periodically.
